Punishment of the crime

On December 22, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Incheon District Court on December 22, 2010 and completed the enforcement of the sentence on April 3, 2012, and is not a narcotics handler.

1. On June 24, 2012, around 20:00, the Defendant issued approximately 0.05 g of D’s psychotropic drugs, which are psychotropic drugs located in a single-use in D’s car, located in the territory of Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, to D.

5. On August 5, 2012, the Defendant issued to H approximately 0.09g of philophonephones contained in a single-use injection machine, within the scope of the J film Center at Ethical City, Ethical 18:00.

6. On August 6, 2012, at around 22:00, the Defendant administered approximately 0.05g philopon in the toilet of the Defendant’s neighboring building located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, by inserting it into a disposable injection machine and dilution with tap water.

7. On August 7, 2012, at around 16:00, the Defendant delivered to D approximately 0.05g of philopon, which is contained in the one-time navigation device, in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City L toilet.

8. On August 7, 2012, at around 20:01, the Defendant possessed approximately 0.39g of philopon, including one disposable injection machine containing approximately 0.33g of philopon around the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City M Games site, and one disposable injection machine containing 0.06g of 0.39g of philopon.
