1. From December 15, 2014 to January 8, 2017, Defendant A served as the chief of the power distribution construction division of the Korea Electric Power Headquarters in the Korea Electric Power Corporation and was in office as the chief of the power supply department of the Korea Electric Power Headquarters in the Korea Electric Power Corporation from January 9, 2017 to August 8, 2018, Defendant A directed, supervises, and supervises the work of the construction supervisor, who performs the duties of designing and designing the implementation of power distribution and construction projects, granting authorization and permission related to construction, and budget management for power distribution and construction projects, and who performs the duties of managing and supervising the subcontractor.

On July 16, 2015, the Defendant received food and entertainment equivalent to KRW 74,100,00, in total, 23 times during the period from July 2017 to July 20, 2017, under the name of delivery of convenience in design changes and payment for completed portion, from the F in which the Defendant under a subcontract of the “J” managed by the Defendant, under the overall management of the Defendant, and received money and entertainment equivalent to KRW 14,951,975, total sum of KRW 23 times during the period from July 20, 2017.

Accordingly, the defendant accepted a bribe in relation to his duties.

2. From December 30, 2013 to January 15, 2017, Defendant B, while serving in the Korea Electric Power Distribution Construction Department at the Korea Electric Power Distribution and Construction Division, performed the duties of supervising the construction who performed the duties of designing and designing the implementation of power distribution and construction, modifying the plan, granting authorization and permission related to construction, and performing the duties of budget management and permission related to power distribution and the duties of managing and supervising the subcontracted, supervising, and collaborative companies of the construction.

The Defendant received food equivalent to KRW 25,000 at the market price under the pretext that he was given convenience, such as change of design and prompt handling of progress payment in relation to the construction work, from F who subcontracted the “J” supervised by the Defendant, at around June 16, 2015.
