1. Defendant A

A. At around 15:30 on May 23, 2012, the Defendant insultd the victim, who is the representative director of the J company, at the entrance of the building of the public truck depot F Corporation in Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, the Defendant “I am the first year for which I would be dismissed as in this new year, such as G. I would like to do so. The lower year is a woman only in the form of non-finite, and is a woman with a finite and finite. I am the victim, who is the representative director of the J company. B. 2. Defendant B, at around 15:30 on June 5, 2012, the Defendant heard 20 H trade union members, including G, at the above place, the victim K, “I see whether she has a fright, she can be seen as having a bitch, she can be seen as having a bitched bitch, so far as soon as possible, she can do so.”
