The defendant and the victim C (V, 70 years old) are members of the welfare center for the elderly in the Nam-gu Seoul metropolitan area D.

On April 4, 2015, the Defendant sexually insultingd the victim by referring the victim in front of the G Park in the south-gu, Nam-gu, Gwangju, the victim's home, while the victim was suffering from the horse in front of the G Park in the south-gu, Gwangju, the center of the victim's home, and saying, "A low-income year is a year in which K was unable to drink for the K Tran because of the same opening, and the low-income year is the same for the same time."
