Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 5, 2011, the Defendant asked C and D, who was aware of the early police officer, to prepare a false complaint with the content that they would be subject to criminal punishment E.

Therefore, C, D, at the same time, has prepared a false complaint against E using a D protocol for the purpose of having E receive criminal punishment from its house located in the Seocho-si F.

On November 12, 2007, the complaint statement stating that "E, the complainant, was punished because it had sexual relation evidence (mixed, Red Sea, Red Sea, Pungk, Pungk, Pungk, Pungk et al.), handk and telescopes, etc., concealed by the complainant after releasing the identification number on the apartment owned by the complainant of H apartment 705, Seopopo-si, Hopo-si, Hopo-si, Hapo-si, G, the front wife of which is the complainant on November 12, 2007, after entering his residence with the consent of G.

Nevertheless, on May 30, 201, the Defendant filed a complaint with a police officer whose name is unknown at the Gyeonggi Kimpo Police Station civil petition office for the purpose of having E receive criminal punishment by submitting the above false statement to the police officer.
