1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 39,357,432 as well as 20% per annum from June 4, 2018 to the day of complete payment.

According to the purport of Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2 and the whole arguments, the plaintiff is employed by the defendant and worked for the defendant from May 15, 1997 to May 20, 2018, but did not receive a total of KRW 39,357,432.

According to the above, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 39,357,432 won and the amount calculated by the rate of 20% per annum from June 4, 2018 (the day after 14 days from the date when the plaintiff provided the final labor) to the day of full payment (the interest rate under the Labor Standards Act).
