1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 20,152,451 and interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from June 15, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

The Plaintiff’s display of the claim was employed by the Defendant, who is a corporation operating the manufacturing business, etc. of electric equipment, in 293 on the high-tech in Gwangju North-gu, Gwangju, and worked from August 1, 2013 to May 31, 2016. However, the Defendant, without justifiable grounds, did not pay the Plaintiff wages of KRW 20,152,451 (i.e., total unpaid wages of KRW 22,298,561 - wages of KRW 22,146,110). Thus, the Defendant is liable to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum as stipulated in the Labor Standards Act from June 15, 2016 to the date of full payment, which is the date fourteen days after the date the Plaintiff provided the final labor.
