A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months and by a fine not exceeding 600,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around July 7, 2018, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act: (a) was living on the street near the “D” club located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon; (b) on the Defendant’s daily request from the Defendant to assist the Defendant in returning home; and (c) on the same day, in relation to the measures taken by Samsan Police Station E District F, etc. to have the Defendant returned home, the Defendant visited the E Zone located in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon; and (d) on the same day, at around 01:55, the Defendant visited the E Zone in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, in a large amount of under the influence of alcohol.

D. As to the purport that “ ........ the police officers requesting the eviction were 30 minutes of pedagoging, such as taking a bath.”

Accordingly, the defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, forced or scamed by very rough words and conducts at government offices.

2. 공무집행 방해 피고인은 위 경범죄 처벌법위반 혐의로 현행범인 체포된 이후 같은 날 04:55 경 석방되자 자신을 체포한 경찰관에게 앙심을 품고 같은 날 06:35 경 위 지구대를 재차 방문하여 의자에서 자는 척을 하다 위 지구대 소속 순경 H으로부터 퇴거를 요구 당하자 지구대 정문 앞 주차장 바닥에 누워 자는 척을 하며 약 40분에 걸쳐 행패를 부리던 중, 귀가를 권유하던 위 H에게 “ 내가 죽는 한이 있어도 너를 끌고 갈 거야, 씹 쌔끼야. 넌 내가 죽는 한이 있어도 끌고 갈 거야. ”라고 말하여 H에게 보복할 것 같은 태도를 보여 협박하였다.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the prevention, suppression and investigation of police officers' crimes.
