Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 3, 2017, at around 01:32, the Defendant received 112 reports that the Defendant would not pay the drinking value from “C” located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B7, and called up as “D zone of Seongbuk-gu Police Station” in response to the demand of accompanying the police officers E (53 tax) called up.

1. Around 01:50 on February 3, 2017, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act (the disturbance of the official order) refers to “Abrupted in the Seongbuk-gu Seoul Seongbuk-gu Police Station D (F) for about 25 minutes,” while under the influence of alcohol in Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, “Abrupted by receiving money at his/her drinking house, so that he/she can drink at his/her drinking house.” As a result, he/she saw that he/she saws his/her hand room worn on his/her left hand, “Abrupted 800,000 won of the political party so that he/she was killed.”
