A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 15, 2013, around 21:47, the Defendant was urged to return home after paying the taxi fee from the slope F belonging to the Seoul Gangseo Police Station E zone, which was dispatched to the site after receiving the 112 report, at around September 21, 2013, at around C High School located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

The Defendant, who was seated at the back seat of the above taxi, was urged to pay the fee and return home from the above F, and attempted to flee from the taxi, and the Defendant stated that the said F would stop the Defendant “I am, I am, I am, I do not turn off, I am. I am the chest of the above F.”

On September 15, 2013, the Defendant continued to be arrested as a flagrant offender committing an obstruction of performance of official duties at the same time and place, and was born to the back seat of the patrol vehicle and went into the E area, and was in the said patrol vehicle at around 22:10 on September 15, 2013, and received one time the right side of the border G belonging to the said patrol vehicle at the back head.

On September 15, 2013, at around 23:45, the Defendant: (a) committed a defect in the course of being investigated in the E District located in H of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; and (b) the background leading up to the said Zone I attempted to restrain it; and (c) caused a part of the left party of the said I on one occasion.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of duties concerning police officers F, G, and I's 112 reporting processing duties, maintenance of order, etc.

2. On September 15, 2013, around 21:47, the Defendant damaged public goods at will and tried to arbitrarily take the 112 patrols (J) around C High Schools located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and unloaded the said vehicle several times by drinking and sprinking the said vehicle, so that the body of the vehicle on the left side of the troke line of the trokeke line would be flickly flickly flicked with approximately 15 cm. The Defendant removed the three-dimensional flag of public relations in relation to the four string line attached to the upper right side of the troke line of the said vehicle as his hand.

Accordingly, the defendant is used by public offices.
