1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years;

2. 7,202,00 won shall be collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On November 4, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to one year for the violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (fence) in Busan District Court’s branch branch branch court, and completed the execution of the above sentence on July 14, 201.

3. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. On February 2, 2012, the Defendant administered a philopon by inserting approximately 0.03 g of philopon into a single-use injection machine and mixing it with water in his/her arms at around 02:00, when it is impossible to identify the date of the mid-term order of February 2012, the Defendant administered the philopon.

B.
