1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and two months;

2. 50,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On December 30, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. at Busan District Court on December 30, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence on March 13, 2012.

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On August 2012, 2012, the Defendant administered a phiphone by inserting approximately 0.03g of psychotropic drugs at the Defendant’s home located in Busan Shipping Daegu C or 302 on August 16, 200, by inserting approximately 0.03g of psychotropic drugs in a single-use injection machine and inserting them into the left arms by mixing them with water.

2. On September 2012, the Defendant administered a penphone in a way that 0.03gh from the Defendant’s home to call the phone at around 01:00 on the day on which it is impossible to identify the date of the mid-term order of September 2012.

3. At around 01:00 on October 6, 2012, the Defendant administered phiphones by inserting approximately 0.03 g of phiphones into a single-use injection instrument and mixing them with water from the inn where it is impossible to identify the trade name located in Nam-gu Busan on October 6, 2012.

4. Around October 6, 2012, the Defendant administered a philophone in the inn where the said trade name is unknown on October 6, 2012, the Defendant administered a philophone by inserting approximately 0.03g of philophone into a single-use injection instrument and mixing it with water to the left part bloodline.

5. Around October 8, 2012, the Defendant administered philophones in a way that 0.03g of philophones from the Defendant’s home to the coffee at around 00:10 on October 8, 2012.
