Punishment of the crime

On July 6, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at Busan District Court on July 6, 201 and completed the execution of the sentence on June 22, 201, and was not a person handling narcotics.

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. Around 03:00 on June 3, 2012, the Defendant issued a phiphone to D, by means of delivering approximately 0.12 g of a psychotropic drug campon (one camopon; hereinafter “camopon”).

B. On October 3, 2012, around 19:00 on October 3, 2012, the Defendant sold 0.03g phiphones to F on the roads near Seo-gu Busan, and in return, sold phiphones by receiving KRW 50,000 from F.

C. At around 19:00 on October 7, 2012, the Defendant administered phiphones by inserting approximately 0.03 g of phiphones from the Defendant’s house located in G into a single-use injection machine and mixing it with water to the left part. D.

At around 15:30 on October 8, 2012, the Defendant possessed phiphones by keeping approximately 1.59 g of phiphones from the head of the above Defendant’s office in a manner that keeps approximately 1.59 g of phiphones in the west.

2. Around 08:00 on October 8, 2012, the Defendant violated the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (mariana) smoked marijuana by inserting the tobacco plant of the instant Defendant’s house, thereby inserting approximately 0.5g of marijuana, and attaching a fire to smoke.
