The punishment of the accused shall be determined by eight months of imprisonment.

Punishment of the crime

On July 26, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor by larceny, etc. at the Jeonju District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Jeonju prison on December 25 of the same year.

"2017 Highest 35"

1. A thief: (a) around 18:00 on February 12, 2017, the Defendant: (b) committed theft, leading up to the Defendant, at the victim funeral church parking lot located in 1111, in order to load stolen-do rice and move, from the victim funeral church parking lot located in 1111, the Defendant: (c) committed theft, leading up to 33,00 won at the market price of the said victim’s possession.

2. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings;

A. On February 12, 2017, around 19:00, the Defendant: (a) opened a container in the vicinity of the victim D’s house located in the former North Korea-gun C; (b) intruded into the container; and (c) stolen the rice (20 km) for packing amounting to KRW 75,000 at the market price of the said victim’s ownership, as described in the foregoing paragraph (1).

B. On February 12, 2017, around 19:00, the Defendant opened a warehouse located in a low temperature warehouse located in the office of the victim F located in North Korea-gun E, and intruded into the warehouse and stolen rice (40 km) of the market price of the above victim’s possession, which is the victim’s 140,000 won, on the knife and stolen the same as paragraph (1) of the above.

On February 13, 2017, around 19:00, at the same place as the above 2-B, the Defendant invaded into a low temperature warehouse of the victim F and stolen rice (40 km) equivalent to 140,000 won at the market price of the above victim’s possession, which was located at the lower temperature warehouse of the victim F by the same method as above.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the property by impairing another person's structure at night over three times.

"2017 Highest 56"

1. The Defendant: (a) around January 24, 2017, at around 16:00, opened a warehouse door that was not equipped with a corrective device and opened a rice door at around 500,000 won in the market price owned by the victim; and (b) rice 10kg in total.
