A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Intrusion upon a structure and theft;

A. On January 31, 2016, the Defendant confirmed that the entrance was not corrected at the “F store” in the “F store for the operation of the victim E in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan City” and entered the store, and stolen 10,000, the market price of the above victim’s possession, which was kept at the store, by carrying 322,00 won in the finger-gu.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's structure and stolen the victim's property.

B. On February 28, 2016, the Defendant confirmed that the entrance was not corrected when the victim G operation “H” was in a “D market located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan City,” and that the entrance was not corrected in the “H” container, and that the Defendant stolen 36 straw-mambs equivalent to KRW 640,000, the market price of the victim’s possession, which was being kept in the storage of the container, carried 36 straw-ma in the finger.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's structure and stolen the victim's property.

2. Night building thief;

A. On March 12, 2016, around 20:16, at the D market located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant: (a) opened a hacker door at the D market; (b) opened the hacker door in the warehouse; and (c) laid the hacker door into the warehouse; and (d) stolen the hacker 10,000 macker, the victim J-owned market value of KRW 400,00,000, and the hacker 200,000, the victim K-owned market value of KRW 20,00.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property by impairing the victim's structure at night.

B. On March 12, 2016, around 21:30 on March 12, 2016, the Defendant: (a) laid the door at “L” container located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan City D market; (b) laid the door into the warehouse, cut off, and cut off the door of 503,00 won at the market price of the victim M which was kept in custody.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property by impairing the victim's structure at night.

3. The defendant is a victim of violence.
