A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

"2017 Highest 4776"

1. On September 20, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 01:22, the victim C, located in Seo-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon, carried food materials in front of the entrance for the purpose of stealinging them; and (b) intruded into the entrance; (c) one box, one box with the market value of KRW 50,000,000 at the time of the victim’s possession; (d) one box with the market value of KRW 25,000,000 at the time of the victim’s possession; and (e) one set of hand tape with the market value of KRW 20,000,000 at the time of the victim’s possession.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the above victim's property in a total amount of KRW 95,000,00,000 in the market price due to intrusion upon the above victim's structure at night.

2. At night, around 01:55 on October 7, 2017, the Defendant: (a) at the same place as stipulated in paragraph (1) and in the same manner as stipulated in paragraph (1) at the same manner as that of paragraph (1), one box of KRW 50,000,000, which is owned by the said victim; (b) one box of KRW 30,000,000, and one box of KRW 30,000, in the market value, to be loaded into a handcept; (c) however, the Defendant received a report from the said victim and received a report from the said victim and attempted to be arrested in the act of arrest

Accordingly, the Defendant attempted to steal the property of the above victim at night, which is a total of KRW 110,000,000 in the market price, due to intrusion on the above victim’s structure.

"2018 Highest 3996"

1. On August 21, 2018, at the construction site of a commercial building in Seo-gu, Daejeon, Daejeon around 00:30, the Defendant: (a) was carrying approximately 10,000 malle lines of KRW 10,00,00 in the market value of the victim F of the building located outside the building in construction; and (b) carried them in the handcule, which was well prepared in advance.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the above victim's property.

2. On October 29, 2018, at night, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the first floor of a commercial building with a store for the operation of victim H located in Seo-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon; (b) the first floor of the commercial building; and (c) intruded with an open door opened for the purpose of stealing electricity lines connected to the air-line for advertisement located in the said building; and (d) the said victim was in the said place.
