1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of 800,000 won;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, fifty thousand won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 2013, the Defendant: (a) on a telephone in the middle of the Korean War, the Defendant: (b) did not have any relationship with D and the Defendant’s husband; and (c) did not regularly receive money; (d) did not have any relationship with D and the Defendant’s husband; (b) “D is a person who would deduct the husband of the Republic of Korea from the amount of KRW 2 million per month; and (c) undermined the honor of the complainant by openly pointing out false facts with the Defendant’s husband.

2. In August 2013, the Defendant, while showing pictures and documents to F within a cafeteria in the middle of Jindo, who was in the middle of August 2013, undermined the reputation of the complainant by openly pointing out false facts, such as “All money in D, which is snick and her husband, was used with a snick snicking snicking, and other male snicked in the middle of the present BMW car.”

3. At around 12:00 on September 3, 2013, the Defendant completed a meeting of approximately 40 to 50 members, including the president, the general affairs, the finance, and the president of the district (OO, P, etc.) of the JAE and the president of each district, on the following grounds: (a) on September 3, 2013, Seongbuk-gu G was located in the office of the 5th HAE branch; (b) even though the complainant and the Defendant’s husband were not in in infinite, the Defendant had been working in the meeting; (c) on the other hand, about 40 to 50 members of the JAE, including the president, K and the president of each district (LAEM); and (d) on the other, the Defendant’s personal travel of the Defendant by using a computer.
