The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. The summary of the facts charged in the instant case is a family owner, who was a member of the Edridton Association B.

around July 2011, the Defendant was at a cafeteria near the Changwon-si Masan-si, the Changwon-si, and there was no inhuman relationship with the Defendant’s husband who was a member of the said Edridton-dong.

Nevertheless, there are nine members of the same club, such as E, F, G, and H, showing text messages of the answer letter that the complainant sent to his husband's mobile phone, and "D is clear that it is in the bad faith relationship with its husband", thereby damaging the reputation of the complainant by openly pointing out false facts.
