Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Since April 8, 2013, the Defendant served as the vice-director at the headquarters of D Co., Ltd. from around April 8, 2013, and was subject to a personnel announcement as a general member of the Silsi Station on October 31, 201 of the same year, but was absent from office without permission and dismissed on December 31, 201;
1. From October 28, 2013, around 15:00 on October 28, 2013, the victim’s reputation by pointing out false facts as the victim had in inhuman relations with H, and by stating that “The vice president (victim G) and the vice president are the vice president of the company and the vice president of the company in dialogue with F, and only the vice president is the vice president of the company if the vice president and the vice president are the vice president of the company.”
2. At around 12:00 on October 30, 2013, at the “I” restaurant located in the 1st floor of the above E building, the victim’s reputation by pointing out false facts as the victim is in in an inhumane relationship, and claiming that “The Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy requested correction to the Vice-President because it is not good to cooperate with the Vice-President and thus it is not good to cooperate with the Vice-President, and the vice president unilaterally requests correction to the Vice-President.”
3. Around 11:00 on October 31, 2013, the victim’s reputation was damaged by pointing out false facts as if the victim had in a relationship with H, and by stating that “the vice president and the vice vice president, are interested parties with H” to K employees of the management department, and that “the vice president and the vice president, are interested parties with H.”
4. 2013. 11. 22. 17:00경 서울 동작구 사당동 소재 상호 불상의 칵테일바에서 회사 전임자 L에게 "부사장이 H와 그렇고 그런 사이라서 그런지 H이 회사에서 잘못을 해도 호의적으로 대하고, 이에 대해 이야기를 하면 인상을 쓰고 잘 듣지 않는다”라고 말하여 마치 위 피해자가 H와 불륜관계에 있는 것처럼 허위사실을 적시하여 피해자의 명예를 훼손하였다.
