Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and six months and by a fine of seven million won.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

[Attachment] On January 28, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor or two years of suspension of execution for special larceny in Daegu District Court racing support, etc. On January 25, 2017, the Daegu District Court sentenced the Defendant to one year and four months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc., and on February 2, 2017, the said judgment became final and conclusive on February 2, 2017, and the execution of one year of imprisonment with prison labor for the invalidation of suspension of execution was completed on June 20, 2018.

【Criminal Facts】

After forging D, E, and cashier's checks, the Defendant and B, and C acquired precious metal and the balance in cash by suggesting the forged cashier's checks in Daegu and Busan Special Metropolitan City as genuine cashier's checks, and offered them by dividing them into D, E, by division.

1. The Defendant, B, and C were in violation of the Illegal Check Control Act with D as above; C and B prepared three million won in cash around April 11, 2019; D were replaced by one check number of KRW 3 million in face value at the Pyeongtaek-dong branch of G unions in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, the same day; and D were replaced by one check number of KRW 3 million in face value at the same time; and the Defendant was dried up to the Defendant; the Defendant, on April 12, 2019, was sent to the front and rear 30 pages of “P36” paper using a computer and a local printer at the near top of the I hotel near the Daegu-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon-gu, and then printed into the above original cashier’s checks. On the same day, D was printing into two pages of “P36” paper.

As a result, the Defendant and B and C conspired with D to forge 30 million won cashier's checks (check number H) in the above manner.

2. On April 12, 2019, the Defendant, B, C, and D’s forged securities events, fraud, attempted fraud, B, and C’s I hotel J around Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and 30 cashier’s checks, as described in paragraph 1 above, were taken out from the Defendant on the same day.
