However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A, who had worked as “C” non-standing director from March 2012, was the non-standing director; Defendant A, on March 13, 2019, went out as a candidate for the “C” president of the National East City Partnership(PPP) election, which was implemented on March 13, 2019, but failed. A.
