1. The defendants' appeal and the plaintiff's incidental appeal are all dismissed.

2. The costs of appeal are assessed against the Defendants.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. H owned the instant forest, and completed the registration of ownership transfer in the future of the Plaintiff on May 28, 1983.

B. J and K owned 1/2 shares of 4,841 square meters in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, U.S., adjacent to the instant forest (hereinafter “I land”). On April 21, 2010, J and K completed the registration of ownership transfer for each of Defendant C’s shares on January 14, 2013.

C. On October 24, 2003, Defendant F completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the Ulsan-gun M (hereinafter “M”) 3,393 square meters adjacent to the instant forest (hereinafter “N”) and the 698 square meters of L field (hereinafter “L land”). Defendant F completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the instant land on November 6, 2006, on July 18, 2008, the registration of ownership transfer with respect to M land was completed in the future of Defendant D on July 18, 2008.

From Apr. 21, 2010, Defendant B acquired the ownership of 1/2 shares of land, Defendant C acquired the ownership of 1/2 shares of land from Jan. 14, 2013; Defendant F acquired the ownership of N land, etc. from Oct. 24, 2003; Defendant D acquired the ownership of L land from Nov. 6, 2006; Defendant E occupied the occupied portion of land, including Defendant B, from Jul. 18, 2008, and used it as a passage to enter the said Defendants’ land.

E. The part occupied by the Defendant Ulju-gun was used as the passage of village residents. The Defendant Ulju-gun newly laid a water supply facility improvement project from May 6, 2015 to June 11, 2015. From that time, the part occupied by the Defendant Ulju-gun while managing the water pipe and the road.
