1. As to the land listed in attached Table 1 List 2 to the Plaintiff, the Defendant Republic of Korea shall have the Cheongju District Court’s Susan registry office.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The father D of the Plaintiff’s father was a son of Joseon-do, Jincheon-gun, the legal domicile of the G date was changed to I again) who was the father of the Plaintiff’s father.

He opened to K in the Japanese colonial era, and restored his name to D on December 24, 1946, according to the Joseon Name Restoration Order.

After that, on December 12, 1980, he died at the above permanent domicile, and the plaintiff is one of the heirs of the deceased.

B. The owner of the land before subdivision and the owner of the land before subdivision are divided into the first division 1) Lbaop 760 square meters in the Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do (the old Ma-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, hereinafter referred to as “land before subdivision”).

In Japan, the registration of ownership transfer was completed in K with the domicile in the JJ of Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-do. (2) The defendant Republic of Korea determined that the above nominal owner is Japan, and deemed that it is a property devolving upon ownership, and completed the registration of ownership transfer for the reason of reversion of the right as of December 29, 1978 (No. 8398 of receipt on September 11, 1948).

3) On December 29, 1978, Defendant Republic of Korea completed the registration of the transfer of the above land before subdivision, and Defendant Republic of Korea registered the transfer of the above land, whichever is 62 square meters in N field (attached Form 1(2)).

(B) The registration of subdivision was made on March 9, 1978 (However, the subdivision on the land cadastre was made on March 9, 1978 before the defendant Republic of Korea registers in its name.

2) The term “a land after division” refers to “a land after division” with a 698 square meters wide.

C. On March 9, 1978, the land category of No. 2 was changed to a road at the same time (However, the land category change on the registry was made on November 20, 2006.

d) The ownership transfer registration was completed on the ground of sale as of November 30, 1983, No. 15978, which was received on November 30, 1983, by Defendant B’s father, for Defendant B’s transfer of ownership on this part.
