A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 24, 2019, around 00:36, the Defendant: (a) opened a second floor of the 2nd floor that was operated by the victim D, the victim D, located in the Jeonju-gun, and opened a door to the 30,000 won of the market price, the victim owned by the victim, who was located in the 1st floor office.

3. A theft Defendant: (a) around September 2, 2020, around 02:35, 202, took a waste separation and removal counter around the outer wall of the building at the Seojin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seojin-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City; and (b) 500,000 won at the market price of the victim M owned on the top of the first floor of the building.
