A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 11:00 on December 14, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened a entrance that had not been corrected in mind to steals property; (b) entered into a church, which was located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si; (c) and (d) opened a cell phone equivalent to KRW 500,000 of the market value of the victim E-owned in the second floor education room; and (d) carried two copies of credit cards, which were owned by the victim E, with one mobile phone equivalent to KRW 50,000, market value of KRW 30,000.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd on the building managed by the victim F, who is a member of the above church, and stolen the above damaged articles owned by the victim E.

In addition, from the above date to October 10, 2015, the Defendant intruded each other on the buildings managed by others four times, such as the list of crimes in the attached Table, and stolen the total amount of 2,035,000 won on three occasions.

2. Night building thief;

A. At around 06:00 on December 16, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened an entrance that had not been corrected on the intent of theft; and (b) intruded into the entrance, which was located on the third floor of the G building in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si; (c) cut off with one of the victims J-owned market value of KRW 500,000, the victim J-owned in the store.

B. On January 15, 2015, around 18:17, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded with a entrance that had not been corrected at the time of theft of property from the victim L Management, which was located in K in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si; and (b) cut off with 1,670,000 won in total of the market price of the victim N, located in the second floor rhyth of the site; (c) two external hyp; and (d) one behyp North 1,30,000 won in market price of the victim, which was located in the victim N, located on the second floor of the site.
