A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2017 Highest 115"

1. On March 31, 2017, at around 23:00, the Defendant: (a) was in front of the house in which the victim D was newly built; and (b) was in front of the house in which the victim D was being built; (c) was then damaged by using the gallon ballon of the Defendant’s Egalthro (32cm in length) and infringed on the house; (d) was in front of the house in which the victim’s market price being in the said house was 3,530,000 won in total; and (e) was in front of the house in which the victim D was loaded, and then infringed on the house; and (e) was in front of the house in which the victim’s land was in possession of the victim, one set of the compphere, one set of three thousand five hundred and thirty thousand won in total, one set, one set of the saw, one set of one set of three hundred and thirty meters in total, one set of electricity (one and six meters in total), one and six meters in total of the cement.

2. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings;

A. On February 19, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime: (a) around the night around February 19, 2017, in front of the house in which the victim G was newly built; (b) in front of the house in which the victim G was newly built; (c) intruded into the house in excess of a corrected window; and (d) cut off the vehicle into the house in excess of a total of 638,00 won at the market price of the victim’s possession, which was located within the said house, one set of charging 1 sheet, 1 sheet, 1 sheet (6T 50 meters); (f) three strings; and (f) one string of strings; and (f) loaded into the said vehicle.

B. On March 22, 2017, the Defendant: (a) had intruded into a house in front of the house in which the victim I was newly built at the Gyeong-nam-gun at night on March 22, 2017; (b) had not been corrected; (c) had intruded into a house; (d) had one bridge amounting to the total market value of KRW 185,000, the victim’s possession; and (e) had one electric device, one electric device, and one set on the said vehicle.

On April 10, 2017, the Defendant intruded into a house through a window damaged by the Defendant, such as the place described in the foregoing paragraph (1) around 02:45 on April 10, 2017, and as described in the foregoing paragraph (1), and carried the house into the above vehicle. The Defendant had one leisure level flag and one electric set of one electric set of at least 850,000 won in total at the market price owned by the victim.
