A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 08:10 on November 1, 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened an indoor entrance at a 2nd floor of the 2nd floor of the building in Chungcheongju City, which was not corrected from the Ewon of the 2nd floor of the Da (52 years of age); and (b) intruded into the victim’s indoor room.

Around that time, the Defendant discovered 350,000 won in cash owned by the victim from the two clothes of the victim in the clothes of the victim who was a victim in the above room, and stolen it.

At the time of theft of cash KRW 350,000 as above, the Defendant’s her leg was attached to the Defendant’s her hand, stating that the victim was shouldered from diving or “Don”.

As a result, the defendant forcibly took 350,000 won in cash owned by the victim, and led the victim to an open room for the head part requiring approximately six weeks medical treatment.

On August 8, 2013, around 06:10 on August 8, 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened an indoor entrance, which was not corrected at the Egrasium for the operation of the victim D; (b) intruded into the victim’s indoor room; (c) discovered and stolen the cash amounting to KRW 1.50,000 in the victim’s possession of the victim’s room; and (d) discovered and stolen it at the same time eight times from that time until October 18, 2013.
