Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 5, 2016, at around 14:38, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Amera, etc.) (hereinafter “Amera, etc.”) around 14:38, May 14:38, 2016, the Defendant entered a male toilet in a public toilet where a male toilet and a female toilet are attached, located in the CPC located in Yangsan-si, Yangyang-si, Yangyang-si, Yangyang-si. The victim’s name unrefilled women entered a male toilet. In order to take a photograph from female toilets, the grandchildren, which he/she collected from a mobile phone to make a report on the use of the toilets, intrudes into the female toilet occupied by the victim, and photographs the victim’s son and the son of the bridge, which is located in the victim’s possession, into the aforementioned mobile camera.

On May 5, 2016, at around 17:07, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Ameras, etc. of Ameras, Useing and Screening of Cameras, etc.) (hereinafter “Ameras”) around May 17:07, in the toilets referred to in paragraph (1), laid the hand of his/her mobile phone from the toilets referred to in paragraph (1) under the same manner as Paragraph (1) into female toilets, and intrudes into the room room in which female women under the victim’s name is occupied. The Defendant tried to take the victim’s am and the part of his/her bridge, the am and the part of his/her bridge, on which the victim reported the bridge, tried to take the victim’s am and the part of his/her bridge, but failed to take physical parts

On May 5, 2016, at around 22:45, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Flooding and Sexual Crimes (Ameras, etc. of Sexual Crimes) (hereinafter “Ameras, etc.”) at around 22:45, May 5, 2016, the Defendant collected the hands carrying a mobile phone from the toilets referred to in paragraph (1) to the bottom of a female toilet, and intruded the victim D (V, 46 years of age) into the room that he/she possesses, and tried to take the victim’s am and the part of the bridge as the above mobile camera, but tried to take the am and the part of the bridge with the victim’s cell phone, the Defendant did not physically injure the victim’s body due to the lack of accommodation in the mobile phone operation.
