1. On February 11, 2016, the Defendant attempted to larceny at night, by opening and intrusion the entrance door of the said guest room in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu Seoul, and then attempted to steals the victim’s articles due to his/her name in the name of the projector. However, the Defendant failed to locate the articles but failed to commit the wind.

2. Flooding, intrusion, and theft;

A. On March 14, 2016, at around 06:54, the Defendant opened the entrance door of the said guest room and intruded into the room where the victim G, who is the guest, is divingd with the intent to steal the property from “F” 101 located in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E.
