Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible.

Nevertheless, at around 16:40 on July 28, 2019, the Defendant intentionally left the back part of the “E” of the registration license plate in front of the 6 Dozack 6 B, which was owned by the Defendant, and caused it to be shielded or illegible.
