Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the owner of K7 Motor Vehicles B.

No one shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible, and such a motor vehicle shall not be operated.

Nevertheless, at around 16:30 on October 9, 2013, the Defendant intentionally attached the registration number plate to “E” among the registration numbers of the front registration number plate of the said vehicle on the road in Busan Jung-gu, Busan, and then made it difficult to distinguish the registration number plate thereafter.
