Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible.

Nevertheless, at around 01:20 on February 10, 2020, the Defendant parked Dworka car in the zone of illegal parking and stopping in front of “C” located in “C,” and made it difficult for the Defendant to identify the registration number plate in front of the said car in order to avoid the crackdown by the camera for the control of parking and stopping at the front time.

1. The sentencing conditions specified in Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act, which include the following circumstances, shall be determined as ordered in consideration of all the sentencing conditions specified in the instant case.

The favorable circumstances: The defendant recognized the crime of this case and reflected against the defendant, and the conditions unfavorable to the first offender: The crime of this case was committed with the intention to avoid the regulation of vehicle parking in the parking and stopping control area, making it difficult to intentionally identify the registration number plate, and the crime is not less easily.
