The Defendant, as seen above, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 330,00 from the victim to the Kakao Bank Account (AJ) account in the name of the Defendant, and from that time until December 10, 2018, transferred KRW 30,712,000 in total over 118 times, as stated in the separate crime list, from December 10, 2018. Accordingly, the Defendant deceiving the victims, thereby deceiving KRW 30,712,00 in total,00. The Defendant acquired KRW 30,712,000 in total from the victim on the bulletin board of the Daejeon District Court on November 9, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for one year and two months on December 22, 2017, 2018.

“To send 270,000 won to the victim AK who reported and contacted the content,” made a false statement to the effect that “I wish to send her address to her home.”
