A The representative director of the D shopping center, the staff of the D shopping center management group, the defendant B, and the defendant C, and the victim E operated a F parking lot on the first floor of the D shopping center, and the defendants and victims have disputes over the problem of parking lot operation.

1. Defendants A, B, and C committed joint crimes in collusion with each other from January 12, 2017 to March 13, 2017, Defendant A, at the entrance of the said F parking lot, instructed the employees of the management unit, set up a container and iron rink at the entrance of the said parking lot to prevent the entrance of the parking lot, and Defendant B and C interfered with the victim’s operation of the parking lot by driving the vehicle in the direction of the parking lot entrance to the vehicles paying parking fees by controlling the vehicles entering the parking lot according to the said A’s instructions.

2. On January 13, 2017, Defendants A and C conspired to report that the victim G, a F parking lot employee, is working in the F parking lot in the F parking lot settlement lawsuit around 17:32, 2017, and Defendant A took a look at the vehicle out of the vehicle, and Defendant C took a look at the vehicle crossings with the above G, and Defendant C interfered with the management of the victim G parking lot by placing the above settlement wall twice and forcing the parking lot blocking by hand.

3. On February 1, 2017, Defendants B and C conspired with each other to repair a parking lot blocking device separated by the victim at the entrance of the above F parking lot around 17:00, and Defendant B interfered with the operation of the victim’s parking lot by making it difficult for Defendant C to repair the parking lot blocking device.
