Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. At around September 16:15, 2013, Defendant A’s sole criminal defendant damaged the parking lot shuttler in a breath’s hand in front of the settlement office of G underground parking lots in the building owned by the victim FF Co., Ltd. in Ansan-gu, Ansan-gu, Seoul-gu, so that the parking lot shuts down in a breath’s hand before the settlement office of the underground parking lots in the building, and the repair cost of KRW 1,00,000.
2. At around 16:40 on September 8, 2013, the Defendants’ co-offenders conspired with each other, and reported by Defendant A to the end of the above G’s underground parking lot settlement office, and attempted to hear the Defendant’s statement on the background of the destruction and damage of the parking lot shuttle, etc. by the police officer assigned to the Ansan-gu Police Station I police box belonging to the Ansan-gu Police Station, which was called by Defendant B, and the Defendant A expressed his desire to “I am. 3. On September 8, 2013, at around 16:45, Defendant C’s sole criminal conduct: (a) arrested the Defendant’s cell phone at the place near the settlement office of the above G’s underground parking lot; and (b) removed the Defendant’s cell phone, which was cited by the Defendant’s hand, in order to prevent the Defendant from getting aboard the LAbur police vehicle by arresting the Defendant’s cell phone; and (c) destroyed the repair cost of KRW 66,770 by destroying the compact lamps on the left side of the above Aburged police vehicle.
Accordingly, the defendant damages the above-mentioned Aburged police vehicle, which is used by public offices.
