A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 19, 2013, the Defendant was driving a B K-5 vehicle while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.072% without obtaining a driver’s license from the front of a wing cancer restaurant located in the Yangju-si to the front of the same time-wing cancer road.

When the Defendant, at the date and time of Paragraph 1, at a place under which the Defendant: (a) carried out drinking and unlicensed driving from the slope C belonging to the Transport Survey Team of the Yangju Police Station; (b) carried out the signature of D in each signature column of the written consent of voluntary driving with the black-type sign; and (c) the statement on the situation of the operation of the driving of the Jeju Police Station, and forged D’s signature for the purpose of exercising the signature of D on the PDA sign on the notice of the result of the

3. The Defendant: (a) submitted a forged private signature, at the time and place of paragraph (1) and paragraph (2), to the assistant E belonging to the Transport Survey Team of the Yangju Police Station, who is aware of the fact, as if it was genuine.

4. The Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act, at the time and place of paragraph (1), notified D’s resident registration number prior to being asked to verify his/her identity from a slope C belonging to the Transport Survey Team of the Yangju Police Station, and unlawfully used another person’s resident registration number.
