Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 23, 2018, the Defendant, without obtaining a bicycle driver’s license for a motor device at around 11:19 on the roads in Daejeon Jung-gu, Daejeon, driven the unregistered motor bicycle (tex, engine displacement displacement 49cc) at the section of approximately 3km in front of the E University located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, the control place, from the roads in Daejeon-gu to the roads in the direction of approximately 3km.

2. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, the defendant operated the above tex, which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the time and place mentioned in paragraph 1.

1. Article 334 (1) of the Criminal Procedure Act concerning the order of provisional payment;
