1. Around October 26, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (Non-licenseless Driving) operated a bicycle with the motor device driver’s license in the section of approximately 400 meters from the front of the 7-lane 13-12, Yangcheon-gu Seoul, Yangcheon-gu, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, without obtaining a bicycle driver’s license from the front of the 7-lane 13-12, the 602-1st day of the same new monthly road.

2. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act, who is a bicycle with the above engine device, operated the bicycle without mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in paragraph (1) above.

1. Around 07:50 on March 30, 2016, the Defendant operated a bicycle with a motor device 100 motor device in Seoul C C C C CT 100 meters from the front side of the “SYYYY 13-12”-ro 13-12, Yangcheon-gu Seoul, Yangcheon-gu Seoul, Seoul, to the front side of the 7-ro 13-12, without obtaining a motor device driver’s license from around 500 meters from the front side of the same new month to the front road.

2. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act, who is a bicycle with the above engine device, operated the bicycle without mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in paragraph (1) above.
