Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 26, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driving at around 15:20 on August 26, 2016, without obtaining a motor device bicycle license from the Do in front of the North New Airport located in the North Dong-dong, Dong-dong, Dong-dong, to the front of the common public sports ground located in the same Dong-dong.

2. No motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Insurance shall be operated on a road;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, on August 26, 2016, operated the above Oral Ba, which was not covered by mandatory insurance on the front of the common sports ground in the Dong-dong, Dong-dong, Dong-si, Dong-si.
