A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On February 10, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 07:00, the victim D (tentative name, 20 years of age, and n) was locked in the water surface room in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, and (b) around 07:0 on February 10, 2017; and (c) was able to look back to the victim’s face; (d) was locked back to the victim by causing the instant humbbbbbbing; and (e) was huming the humbbbbbbbbs.
2. "2017 Highest 3078".
A. On March 7, 2017, the Defendant: (a) entered the F High School located in Seo-gu Incheon, Incheon; (b) was aware of theft of money and valuables from the classroom to the inside of the building through the entrance; and (c) went back from the 4th class of the first year to the music room, without correcting the gap of students’ moving from the 1st class 4th class to the music room; (d) went back to the book, 23,000 won in the victim’s G cash; (c) 15,000 won in the victim’s H; (d) 20,000 won in cash owned by the victim’s H; and (e) 40,000 won in cash owned by the victim’s J; and (e) 10,000 won in total, including Chapter 1 of the gift certificate for cultural gift of KRW 108,000,000.
B. On March 8, 2017, around 09:08, the Defendant: (a) entered the Incheon Information Industry High School located in Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon; (b) thought that money was stolen from the entrance to the inside of the building through the entrance; (c) did not go back to the class for about 12 minutes from around 09:20 on the same day; and (d) did not go out of, and did not go to, the intention.

On March 8, 2017, at around 09:30, the Defendant: (a) entered the Incheon Industrial Information School, which was located in the Geum-ro 31, Dong-gu, Incheon, Incheon; (b) intended to steals money and valuables from the entrance door to the inside of the building; and (c) returned to the class for about 50 minutes until around 10:20 of the same day, and stolen money and valuables.
