Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year and six months.

However, each of the above defendants is against the defendants for three years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 9, 2017, the Defendants discovered that the rear door of the new house of the victim D located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and opened a back door and entered the house room in the house.

Accordingly, the Defendants jointly invaded the victim’s residence.

2. Special larceny;

A. On September 10, 2017, Defendant A, at the same time and at the same place as that of paragraph 1, gave rise to a desire to report new electronic equipment, and at the same time and place, would make evise money to Defendant B.

C. The defendant B proposed that he would bring about, and the defendant B accepted it.

Accordingly, the Defendants parked Defendant B’s e-car in the vicinity of the victim’s house on September 10, 2017, around 21:30, around the victim’s house, and parked Defendant B’s e-car in the vicinity of the victim’s house. Defendant B opened a back door of the victim’s house and intrudes into the victim’s seat, and thereby, Defendant B opened and intrudes the victim’s house, the victim’s market value of which is equivalent to KRW 2,00,000,000, the market value of KRW 3.5,000,000,000,000,000 won, and 1.5,000,000,000,000 won, and 5,000,000,000,00 won, and 5,000,00,000,00 won.

As a result, the Defendants stolen the property jointly.

B. On September 11, 2017, the Defendants committed the crime as described in the foregoing paragraph (a) and parked a car of Defendant A’s Fspare in the vicinity of the victim’s house as described in paragraph (1) around 00:30 on September 11, 2017, and Defendant A remains in and around the driver’s seat, reported the network, and Defendant B opened and intruded the back door of the victim’s house and prepared in advance.
