Reasons
Punishment of the crime
(1) On April 6, 2012, Defendant A was sentenced to a maximum of two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Daejeon District Court’s red support on April 6, 2012, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Kimcheon Juvenile Prison on January 26, 2014.
