A Imprisonment for eight months, one year of imprisonment for Defendant B, eight months of imprisonment for Defendant C, and six months of imprisonment for Defendant D.

Punishment of the crime

From February 17, 2013, the Defendants agreed to the agreement by Defendant B and C, “A, B, and C, who resides in Suwon-gu I, with the dong line and post line residing in the Busan-gu I, and Defendant A, “I, with the intention of Defendant B, and C, with the intention of Defendant A’s “I, with the intention of “I, with the intention of larceny of a new smartphone, so I would have sold it.”

Accordingly, the Defendants, together, stolen the victims' property amounting to KRW 5,550,000.

2. Defendant A

A. On February 5, 2013, around 11:30, the Defendant: (a) received a request from panty Switzerland, the victim of which was stolen before the subway station located in Suwon-dong, Busan, to sell the panty Switzerland, which was the victim’s non-name; (b) 1, ELN 1, and Samsung Tgal Do, Samsung Tgal Do, S21, and 3 smartphones.

On February 5, 2013, the Defendant, despite being aware of the fact that the above smartphone was a stolen, sold the stolen goods to the owner of the smartphone around 600,000 won in front of the bank located in Busan Northern-dong.

B. The Defendant is a larceny.
