Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Justice] On November 14, 2018, Defendant C was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on August 22, 2018 by imprisonment with prison labor for violating the Immigration Control Act, etc. in the Goyang Branch of the Jung-gu District Court. The above judgment became final and conclusive on November 22, 2018.
【Criminal Facts】
1. Defendant A
A. On October 3, 2018, the Defendant: (a) from around 22:00 to around 10:00 on October 4, 2018, the Defendant: (b) received money from gambling participants at a time from gambling participants or would receive money from such persons; and (c) opened gambling for profit-making purposes, such as providing the said officetel at a gambling place and preparing 52 cards, so as to enable them to gambling; (d) A, B, C, D, etc. to do so.
B. On October 5, 2018, from around 22:00 to October 07:00, 2018, the Defendant opened gambling for profit-making purposes so that A, E, B, I, and C, etc. may gamble by the same method in the same place.
C. On October 7, 2018, from around 22:00 to October 01:00, 2018, the Defendant opened gambling for profit-making purposes so that A, E, I, and C, etc. can gamble by the same method in the same place.
2. From October 3, 2018 to October 10, 2018, Defendants A, B, C, and D 1,000: (a) from around October 3, 2018 to around October 4, 2018, Defendant D, using 52 copies of the card at the same place as indicated in the foregoing paragraph (1) with four copies of each 1,000 card; and (b) with three times, each of them started to put up a board with 1,00 won; and (c) finally, each of the four card was drawn up with half of the total amount at a different amount, and the number of the card was less than 1,00.
3. Defendants A, E, B, and C had gamblinged from October 5, 2018 to October 6, 2018 in the same manner as the foregoing in the same place as the foregoing paragraph (1).
4. Defendants A, E, and C are from October 7, 2018 to October 22, 2018.
