Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3 million and by a fine of KRW 1.5 million, respectively.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. In the Defendant’s residence located in Busan Metropolitan City Maritime Daegu C. 1511, the Defendant: (a) provided the above place to gambling workers; (b) divided the number of each of 7 consecutive numbers using the Seoyang card using 52, and (c) held the same number or the same pattern of pattern; (d) the person who finally discarded or possessed the same number of the cards; (b) the sum of the number of the cards in which the card was last discarded or possessed is the lowest; and (c) the winner was the winner in the manner of paying money to the winners in order; and (d) using the Seoyang card and the Seoyang Card 52, in exchange for three cards, the Defendant was able to pay money every time the card was additionally delivered; and (d) opened the card under the name of 20,000 won under the name of 30,000 won in return for providing the card (hereinafter referred to as “the name of 20,000 won in return for providing the card”).

Accordingly, the defendant from around 19:00 on May 5, 2014 to the same month.

6. From May 7, 2014 to 15:00, from the above place, D et al. had D et al. engage in gambling, and received KRW 500,000 as the cost of participation. From around 01:00 on May 7, 2014 to 15:00 on the same day, D et al. had D et al. engage in gambling as above, and received KRW 600,000 as the cost of participation, and from May 17, 2014 to around 19:00 on May 18, 2014, they had D et al. engage in gambling and received KRW 1 million as the cost of participation.

Accordingly, the Defendant opened a gambling place for profit-making purposes.

B. Gambling from around 01:00 on May 7, 2014 to around 15:00 on the same day, the Defendant, along with D, at the said place and with D, is equivalent to KRW 10 million, “hulhh” and “hulhh”.
