Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was sentenced to four months in imprisonment with prison labor in the Gwangju District Court on January 27, 2010 for fraud, etc., and the said judgment became final and conclusive on March 27, 2010. On October 19, 2012, the Jeju District Court sentenced imprisonment with prison labor for one year and six months and fines of three thousand won,00,000 won and the said judgment became final and conclusive on October 27, 2012.

On January 24, 2012, the Defendant accepted the proposal that “If it is possible to allow Vietnam women to enter the Republic of Korea through a disguised marriage with Vietnam women,” the Defendant would pay three million won in compensation therefor,” which was known by the introduction of “B” at a coffee shop in which it is difficult to know the trade names in Gangdong-gu Seoul, Gangdong-gu, Seoul.”

Around March 7, 2008, the Defendant visited the Dongdaemun-gu civil service office located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and prepared a false marriage report as if he/she married with Vietnam women D with a petition, and submitted to the public official in charge of family relationship registration who is aware of the circumstances, accompanied by a written recognition of the requirements for marriage, and had him/her record the false facts in the family relationship electronic information system, which is a public electronic record, and exercised by allowing him/her to keep it at the same time.

Accordingly, the defendant conspireds with C to enter false facts in public electronic records, and exercised them.
