A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On September 2012, the Defendant introduced C and D, a disguised marriage broker broker, from sexual infinite B, and heard that “I will keep the marriage report with Vietnam women for one year after filing a false marriage report and give three million won per week,” and the Defendant was unaware of E, and was willing to make a disguised marriage with Vietnam women in order to raise living expenses, etc. in spite of the absence of intention to marry with E.

On September 12, 2012, the Defendant, in collusion with D and C, submitted a marriage report that contains false details as if the Defendant wishes to marry with E at the public service center of the Dong-dong Dong-dong Dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong, and had the said public official enter and register as if the Defendant was married with the above E, and exercised it immediately by having the said public official store and operate the family
