Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 100,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

At around 02:30 on May 6, 2009, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol as a person without a duty, committed an act of disturbing drinking, such as breathing a police officer who gets home and satisfy, with a view to 30 minutes of 30 minutes, and passing through a sound, etc.
