Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 100,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 25,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 19, 2009, the Defendant committed an act, such as disturbance of drinking alcohol, within the C control point located in Seo-gu Busan, Seo-gu.
