Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 50,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 10,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, at around 19:25 on August 20, 2010, issued a notice of disposition, such as Article 1 subparag. 25 of the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act, at Ccafeteria located in Yangsan-si B, and did not pay KRW 75,00,00, including additional dues, without justifiable grounds.
